Through apparel, textiles, arts, and crafts, Maize & Moore brings messages of mindfulness, positivity, unity, and inclusion. By creating goods that honor all beliefs and backgrounds we honor all of us—”we are all threads of the same fabric, woven in unity”. We also cater to the deep belief that every BODY is welcome. Therefore, my apparel is size inclusive. Every item is thoughtfully designed, printed, and produced in-house using ethically sourced materials—and yes, along with my cocker spaniel, Maize I am the one-woman powerhouse behind it all!

I design, produce, market, and sell all the products on my own. For graphics that I don’t personally design, I have a commercial license for the graphics on our products. Maize & Moore Creations will never use any graphic or digital product without an artist’s consent and/or commercial license.

We create apparel, textile and craft designs with heart. I believe in the magic of kind souls, rescue tails, and a little laughter every day. Rooted in community, fueled by creativity, and finding beauty in the small things, I create with love and purpose.

My leading lady is our cocker spaniel, Maize. She sat with me through my recovery and is the light of our lives. We are firm and passionate believers in animal rescue and we promote adoption over shopping. However, if shopping, we promote purchasing the fur babies through reputable breeders. Outside of just being cute, Maize is truly involved in the business. She will often be given a choice of products/colors and when she bops one with her nose, that’s the one I choose!

Finally, my story would not be complete without the support of my husband, Barry, our 4 kids and 4 grandkids. Married 40 years and counting, Barry is the solid foundation behind it all—holding me together mentally and never wavering in his support.
